What's the difference between Free and paid?

Every account starts with 14 days of unlimited Pro. After that, Free gives you 3 AI quotes a month (plus 25 AI messages to start) — QuickBooks already connects and syncs on Free. Business unlocks 50 quotes/month, pricing memory from your QuickBooks history, Xero invoice sync, and Slack. Pro is unlimited everything plus custom PDF templates and API access.

How does annual billing work?

Annual plans are billed in full upfront — $432/year for Business ($36/mo equivalent) or $888/year for Pro ($74/mo equivalent). Every new paid plan is covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee; after that window, annual plans run to the end of the billing period with no mid-year refunds.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

What counts as a quote?

Each unique job that receives a first AI draft counts as one quote. Revisions to an existing quote (v2, v3, etc.) do not count toward your limit.

Does Setell work with QuickBooks and Xero?

Yes. QuickBooks connects on every plan, including Free — deep two-way sync: customer matching, invoice creation, and payment reconciliation. Business and Pro add pricing memory learned from your QuickBooks history. Xero is invoice sync (Business and Pro) — connect your Xero organisation in Settings to link Setell to your books.

Can I switch from monthly to annual later?

Yes. You can upgrade to annual billing at any time from Settings → Billing. The annual rate kicks in immediately and you'll be billed the annual amount, with any unused monthly time credited.
