Schedule a send

Overview

Drafting a quote at 11pm? You don't have to send it then. Setell can hold it and send it later — anywhere from a minute from now to 30 days out. Quotes that land in a customer's inbox in the morning get same-day replies far more often, so timing your send is an easy win.

Two ways to schedule

1. "Send in the morning" (one tap) When you hit send outside the best reply window (before 10am or after 6pm), Setell offers to Schedule for 9am tomorrow in your local time. One tap and you're done — it goes out in the morning without you lifting a finger.

2. Pick your own time (ask Boxx) Want a specific time? Ask Boxx: "Send the Northwest Fabrication quote tomorrow at 8am" or "hold this until Monday morning." Boxx schedules it for any moment from 1 minute to 30 days from now.

Steps — the one-tap morning send

  1. Draft and review the quote, then hit send.
  2. If it's late, Setell asks: send now, or Schedule for 9am tomorrow? Choose the morning.
  3. Done — the composer closes and the quote is queued.

Steps — pick your own time with Boxx

  1. Open Boxx and say when to send it (e.g. "send this quote Friday at 9am").
  2. Boxx confirms the scheduled time.

What happens next

  • The quote sits queued — nothing reaches the customer until the time you picked.
  • At that time, Setell sends it exactly as if you'd sent it by hand: branded email, deal-room link, and the job moves to Sent.
  • Changed your mind before it goes? Send it now instead, or revise the quote — a fresh send replaces the scheduled one.

Troubleshooting

  • "That time won't work." Scheduled sends must be at least 1 minute and at most 30 days in the future. Pick a time inside that window.
  • It already had a time set. If a future send is already scheduled, Setell leaves it as-is rather than stacking a second one. Send now if you'd rather it go immediately.
  • I don't see the morning-send offer. It only appears when you send outside the 10am–6pm window. Inside that window your quote just sends.

FAQ

  • What time zone does it use? Your local time. "9am tomorrow" means 9am where you are.
  • Can I schedule from the agent (MCP) too? Yes — scheduling is available wherever you drive Setell, including Boxx and connected agents.
  • Does scheduling change the quote? No. It only holds the send. The quote is exactly what you reviewed.
  • What if I edit the quote after scheduling? Re-sending (or a new scheduled time) uses your latest version.
